There are plenty of archaeological remains to be admired in this territory dating back to the Nuraghic civilisation and also a Roman necropolis. The five 'Is Lapideddas' 'giants? tombs' are particularly interesting; they are found on a hill partially dug into a bed of marble. The historic centre is characterised by old houses in stone. The parish church deserves a visit. Another interesting reason for visiting the village is the local craftwork: tapestries, carpets, shawls, curtains and cushions are made here re-proposing the classic motifs of Byzantine art. Among the many feasts: 'Sant'Antonio abate', 17th January; 'Santa Maria degli Angeli' on the first Sunday of August and 'Santa Vitalia', on the first Monday in October.
