From the center of Villanovaforru we take via Sanluri which leads to the home of Cavalier Spanu. Followed for one hundred and thirty meters, it goes to merge onto via Tirso, where we take the continuation of via Sanluri to the left, after a hundred meters we arrive at a crossroads with via Giovan Battista Tuveri on the left, and we continue on the right with via Sanluri. Traveled for another hundred meters, we arrive at another crossroads with via delle Tamerici on the left, and we continue to the right again with via Sanluri, which now leaves the town. We follow it for seven hundred meters, we see on the left the large Acqua Frida park with its equipped areas, and we arrive and see in front of us the Funtana Acqua Frida a drinking trough for animals called in Sardinian language Mitza Acqua Frida, or source of Water Cold.
