The beach of Sottotorre is found on the Island of Sant’Antioco, in the town of Calasetta, right under the Piedmont look out tower (hence its name). The two most important towns are Calasetta, which has a well equipped tourist harbour, and Sant’Antioco, which has a number of facilities. The beach of Sottotorre has light-coloured sand and is encircled by rocks and thick vegetation that contrasts well with its crystal clear waters.
