La Cinta is the most well known and visited beach of San Teodoro. Dunes of white sand and centuries-old junipers adorn the landscape. La Cinta is also the ideal place for long walks, having naturalistic aspects of great interest: avifauna and bird watching. There are a number of pink flamingos that plough its waters.
