Sa Jana is above all a meeting point, a philosophy, and an attempt to get people closer to food, to each other, to bring consumers and producers together. Sa Jana was born out of the desire to create a network, and to dedicate our work to improving our land. For this reason, we introduced the idea of Zero Km combining genuine products with music, art with culture. Sa Jana is a Slow Food Restaurant and a Slow Pizzeria where tradition and innovation create a not to be missed combination. The products we use all come from the surrounding areas, such as the bran and flours (made from the prestigious Senatore Cappelli wheat) of our pizzas, or the elegant and tasty hand-made pasta, or the soft and gentle almost house-wine.
